Indian film Industry has learned the trait of making great promos. This is a known fact which can be adopted from recent promos that have hit screens. Be it promos of Ghajini and Chandni Chowk to China last year or Delhi 6, Kambakkt Ishq, Wanted, etc this year, all these promos were top class. Whatever the result of the film be, promos create a lot of hype and that’s what they are prepared for.

Last couple of weeks have seen unveiling of many anticipated promos, and many more are expected to come. I would love to share this first promo of a film called BLUE which will be shown with the prints of Life Partner in all theatres from Friday.

Blue is an action film that is centered on an underwater treasure guarded by 40 sharks. The story of the film is written by American writers Joshua Lurie and Bryan M. Sullivan. The film starring Sanjay Dutt, Akshay Kumar, Zayed Khan, Katrina Kaif and Lara Dutta is directed by a debutant director Anthony D'Souza. Australian pop singer and actress Kylie Minogue makes a guest appearance in the film. Oscar winner A. R. Rehman has given the music for the film.

About 20 minutes of the movie has been shot underwater. The man, who had handled similar scenes in Hollywood blockbusters Pirates of the Caribbean and Deep Blue Sea, Pete Zuccarini, was in charge of the shots.

Blue is the most expensive film made in the Indian Film Industry, estimated to be more than 100 Crores.

The promo rocks and the film is promising. It gives you the feel of watching a Hollywood flick. Sanjay Dutt, Akshay Kumar and Katrina are the show stealers.

Watch it……
